Ordering

What does pre-sale, back-ordered, bespoke and in stock mean?

Pre-Sale:
On occasion, we may release a collection that is not yet available to the public meaning you can pre-purchase your jewellery and then wait until production. This happens when there is a high demand for a particular item and/or a promotional pre-sale price is offered. Though you are required to pay up front in full, you will be one of the first to receive your items (as indicated on the product page). Be sure to stay up to date with our e-newsletter for product release information and new collections!

Back-Ordered:
Items showing backordered are sold out and are currently waiting reproduction. Wait times will be indicated on the product pages, but you can certainly get in touch with our team for additional information or restock requests.

Bespoke:
Bespoke, meaning custom, are pieces that are made specifically for individual customers. These can be complete builds of a one of a kind piece, or a simple personalisation (engraving). All Bespoke items are subject to our no-exchange or refund policy due to their intimate nature.

In Stock:
All In Stock items are ready to ship. They will typically dispatch within 1 business day of ordering and then become subject to our shipment services timelines.

 

I don't see the piece I was looking at anymore!

We believe in slow fashion and carefully crafted pieces. For this reason, our jewellery typical sells out quickly! If you are admiring a one-of-a-kind piece that has recently sold, please email our team at hello@barefootandblonde.com and we may be able to assist with a similar style.

Shipping and Returns

How will my order be shipped?

As part of our commitment to becoming a fully sustainable business by 2021, all Domestic Barefoot and Blonde jewellery will be shipped by our logistics partner, Sendle. Sendle is Australia's first carbon neutral shipping service and is a certified B corporation, supporting local business and levelling the playing field between us and the big companies! If your jewellery is currently in stock, items will be dispatched from our studio within 1 business day of ordering and most packages (Australia wide, except remote) arrive within 2-5 business days.

Loving us from afar? All International Shipments are sent via DHL Express, arriving between 7-21 business days pending your location.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We would you to love your jewellery just as much as we love creating it!

All Barefoot and Blonde jewellery** is subject to a 14-day return policy from date of purchase.

**Items not eligible for return include:
Bespoke, promotional, personalised, sale/last chance and/or earrings due to hygienic reasons.

Engraved and Personalised Products
All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.

All returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In all original packaging (including specialty gift packaging)

To lodge return, please email us with your full name, email and order number. Please note, if the items sent for refund request do not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to deny shipment and issue a return to customer. At this time, we do not offer complimentary returns and return postage, nor will we be liable for any items lost, damaged in transit or stolen. For safe and secure delivery, please consider using tracked and insured services.

When will I receive my refund?

From the day your return parcel is delivered to our studio, it takes up to 7-10 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment Options

How can I purchase Barefoot and Blonde jewellery?

We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal as well as After Pay (on purchases over $50)

Will I get charged duties, customs and/or taxes?

The possibility of additional custom duties/taxes varies country to country. Barefoot and Blonde will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred once your order has been dispatched.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

We sure do! Gift Cards are a beautiful (and easy) way to give the gift of Barefoot and Blonde. To order, please email us at hello@barefootandblonde.com. Your recipient will receive a personalised e-card. Although they cannot be transferred or returned, there is no expiry date.
