RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

KAITLIN JAMES only accepts exchanges for rings if the customer requires another size in the same style. For all other purchases we will process a refund. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for pierced earring styles.

Any purchases made through KAITLIN JAMES must be returned to the head office within 7 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. Returns must be sent to the KAITLIN JAMES head office (Australian Domestic Orders - Sydney or USA Domestic Orders - Minnesota) 

To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Care team here. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorise your return and send through a Return Form.

Please note the following for all returns:

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.

Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the KAITLIN JAMES packaging provided.

Should any of the above occur, KAITLIN JAMES will not accept the return and will contact the customer to arrange a return at the customer's expense.
