Barefoot and Blonde only accepts exchanges for rings if the customer requires another size in the same style. For all other purchases we will process a refund with the exception of custom orders which are not eligible for return/exchange/refund. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for pierced earring styles.

Any purchases made through Barefoot and Blonde must be returned to the head office within 7 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. Returns must be sent to the BAREFOOT AND BLONDE head office (both Australian Domestic and International Orders - Sydney)
Please note, return shipments sent to Barefoot and Blonde for refund/exchange/credit is not covered by BAREFOOT AND BLONDE and therefore, BAREFOOT AND BLONDE will not be responsible for lost, damaged in transit, or stolen goods. For safe and secure delivery, please consider using tracked and insured services.

To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Care team here. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorise your return and send through a Return Form.

Please note the following for all returns:

We do not accept returns on pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.

We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.

Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Barefoot and Blonde packaging provided.  

Should any of the above occur, Barefoot and Blonde will not accept the return and will contact the customer to arrange a return at the customer's expense.
